Harry Edward Styles (also known as Harry Styles in the music world) is an British music producer and vocalist. Harry Styles was one among the founders of One Direction. The band is based in Holmes Chapel in Cheshire England Styles is the son of Des Styles & Anne Cox. Harry Styles studied at the Holmes Chapel Comprehensive School in which he started his own group of musicians with three classmates, which was dubbed the White Eskimo. Their outstanding performances allowed them to win their first Battle of Bands 2009. The musician was always fascinated by music but also wanted to work as an attorney, physiotherapist or even a scout. Part-time work in a city bakery in his early occupation to earn money for the family. The year was 2010. Harry Styles presented audition for The X Factor where he did the track Is not She Lovely by Stevie Wonder and was selected. The group was then forced to break up due to the fact that they were selected. Nicole Scherzinger told Harry Styles, Liam Payne Zayn Milik Niall Horan, and Louis Tomlinson that they would form an ensemble called One Direction after the X Test audition. The creation of the group took place in the year 2010, and the five young people were sponsored by Simon Cowell. The band of five was backed by Simon Cowell and performed Kelly Clarkson's My Life Would Suck without You along with Bonnie Tyler's Total Eclipse of the Heart. They were among the most competitive groups in the contest. The group was however placed third behind Rebecca Ferguson, and the winner Matt Cardle. Harry Styles was not the winner, but Cowell was a millionaire under a contract with One Direction.
