Alissa White-Gluz

Alissa white-gluz is the lead vocalist of The Agonist and is currently singing lead for the Swedish death metal group, melodic Arch Enemy. Alissa White-Gluz (born July 31st 1986) is a Canadian singer, best known for her role as lead singer of the Swedish melody-based death metal band Arch Enemy, and former leader vocalist, and founding member of The Agonist, a Canadian metalcore group, the Agonist. Singing and growling (clean vocals) are a part of her style of singing. While she is most often identified with the melodic metalcore or metalcore, White-Gluz has worked as a singer in power metal, deathcore, symphonic and symphonic bands. They include Kamelot as well as Delain. White-Gluz was a member of the band Agonist previously known as "Tempest", in Montreal (Quebec), Canada in 2004 until 2014. White Gluz released three albums while being the lead singer for the Agonist. The group disbanded at the beginning of spring 2014 when she was asked to be the vocalist of Arch Enemy.
